Built for how Sydney businesses actually run
Our clients across Greater Sydney and regional NSW rely on technology to serve customers, run projects, protect information and keep people connected across offices, sites and suppliers. Responsive business IT support matters, but so does what sits behind it: Microsoft 365, security, infrastructure, networks, vendors and the ability to keep the environment moving forward.
Which sounds like you?Property and construction
Head office, site offices and project teams need secure access to documents, drawings and systems wherever the work is.
We keep devices, connectivity and Microsoft 365 consistent as projects start and finish.
Professional and advisory
Client confidentiality, secure document handling and reliable Microsoft 365 are the business.
We keep access controlled and users productive, with security you can evidence when clients ask.
Head offices with national operations
A Sydney head office often supports regional, interstate and remote teams.
We apply one standard across identity, devices, networks and vendors, wherever the people are.
Engineering and design
Specialist applications, large files and project collaboration put real demands on infrastructure and networks.
We manage the environment behind the work, not just the desktops.
Alongside internal IT
Your internal team keeps the business context.
We add depth across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, escalation and projects.
Trusted by Australian businesses
Long-term client relationships across property, construction, professional services, engineering, healthcare and industrial operations.

What’s included
Managed IT covers the technology people rely on every day and the systems behind it.

What would Managed IT cost you?
Set your users and sites to see an indicative monthly cost.
Support is happening, but the environment isn't getting better
Most organisations do not start looking for another managed service provider because of one bad ticket.
They start looking because a pattern has become familiar.
The same issues keep returning
Tickets are closed, but the underlying cause remains. Temporary workarounds become permanent and users keep experiencing variations of the same problem.
Complex problems lose momentum
A problem crosses Microsoft 365, identity, infrastructure, networks, an application or another supplier.
Progress slows because different parties own individual components but nobody is carrying the technical issue through.
Nobody owns the complete outcome
The MSP owns the ticket. The carrier owns the connection. The application vendor owns the platform.
The client ends up collecting information, repeating the problem and pushing suppliers to work together.
Security questions arrive and nobody can answer them
A client security questionnaire lands. The cyber insurance renewal asks about MFA, backups and privileged access. The current provider sends a few screenshots and hopes that's enough.
Internal IT has no room to move
The internal team understands the business but is carrying users, infrastructure, vendors, security and projects at the same time.
Important improvement work continually loses to urgent demand.
Projects stay on the list
Infrastructure refreshes, Microsoft improvements, security uplift, network changes and other projects remain unresolved because day-to-day support consumes the available capacity.
The technology keeps running, but it does not keep moving forward.
Recognise the pattern?
Discuss your IT environmentThe difference is what happens after the ticket
Fast response matters. The broader test is whether the technology environment becomes easier to support, more secure and more controlled over time.
| Reactive IT support | Managed IT with Inlight IT |
|---|---|
| 01Resolves the immediate request | Investigates recurring causes and wider impact |
| 02Escalation depends on finding the right person | Defined escalation brings in the capability the problem requires |
| 03Each supplier manages its own component | We coordinate issues that cross suppliers |
| 04Security products sit beside IT support | Security controls form part of day-to-day management |
| 05Documentation is updated when somebody needs it | Documentation is maintained as part of managing the environment |
| 06Projects sit outside support | Project delivery and ongoing operation remain connected |
The point isn’t to turn every ticket into a project; it’s to know when a ticket is just a ticket and when it’s telling us something bigger
Where are you starting from?
Most Managed IT conversations start from one of three situations.
We need day-to-day IT managed
We manage business IT support and the wider environment, including users, devices, Microsoft 365, identity, monitoring, infrastructure, networks, backup, vendors and cybersecurity.
Leadership retains visibility over priorities, risks and planned work without carrying the day-to-day IT function internally.
Managed IT →We have internal IT and need more depth
Internal IT stays close to users, applications and business priorities while we add additional capacity and technical depth across Microsoft 365, infrastructure, cloud, networks, cybersecurity, backup, escalation and project delivery.
Responsibilities are clearly defined so the two teams strengthen each other rather than duplicate work.
Co-managed IT →We are replacing our current MSP
We first establish the environment, access, documentation, systems, suppliers, security controls, known issues and current responsibilities.
Control then moves progressively so users keep working while the environment comes under management.
Replacing your MSP →From onboarding to ongoing improvement
Understand and agree scope
We map your users, sites, systems, suppliers and known issues, then agree responsibilities, escalation paths and SLAs from the start.
Transition without disruption
Access, monitoring, patching, backup and security controls come under management progressively, so users keep working throughout.
Support and manage
Service desk, Microsoft 365, monitoring, vendors and security run day to day, and issues that cross systems or suppliers stay with us.
Keep improving
Recurring issues, security gaps and ageing technology stay visible, and where AI or automation could improve a process, we take it into delivery.

Why choose us
01Support extends beyond the service desk
Microsoft 365, cloud, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, backup and project delivery sit within the same technology business, so more complex problems can move beyond frontline support.
02Microsoft 365 and Copilot capability
We manage the Microsoft environment organisations already rely on and implement and support Microsoft Copilot within it, including the identity, permissions, security and information controls around its use.
03Security and data protection are built into the service
Identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365 security, backup, monitoring and data protection sit within Managed IT rather than being treated as occasional add-ons.
04AI in how we deliver and what we build
Our service desk is integrated directly into Microsoft Teams, with automation and AI-assisted triage behind it. We also design and deliver AI agents, workflow automation and integrations around the systems our clients use.
05Long-term relationships, built through referral
Many clients have worked with us for five years or more. Much of our growth comes from clients introducing us to organisations that expect the same standard.
06Accountability across vendors and technology
When a problem involves Microsoft, a carrier or another vendor, we take it through to resolution, so you're not left working out whose fault it is.
Questions Sydney organisations ask about Managed IT
What is included in Managed IT services?
It covers support, monitoring and patching, devices, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, Copilot, networks and infrastructure, backup, vendors and core security controls including DLP.
The exact scope depends on the environment and whether the service is fully managed or co-managed.
How is Managed IT different from basic IT support?
IT support primarily deals with issues as they occur. Managed IT also covers the environment behind those requests, including Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, monitoring, infrastructure, networks, backup, vendors, security controls, documentation and ongoing improvement.
Do you provide business IT support in Sydney?
Yes. We provide business IT support and managed IT services across Greater Sydney, including North Sydney, the CBD, the North Shore, Parramatta and Western Sydney, with support for sites across NSW.
Most day-to-day support is delivered remotely, with onsite support where the technology or situation requires physical attendance.
How much do Managed IT services cost in Sydney?
Most fully managed IT environments fall between $99 and $270 per user per month ex GST.
Pricing depends on the number of users and sites, the technology being managed, security requirements and the level of responsibility we take on. Microsoft licensing, hardware, project work and additional specialist services are identified separately where applicable.
Use our Managed IT cost calculator to build an indicative estimate for your users, sites and selected services.
Do you manage Microsoft 365 and Copilot?
Yes. We manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments including users, identity, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security controls and administration.
Microsoft Copilot implementation and support can form part of Managed IT. Microsoft licensing is separate.
Can you build AI agents and workflow automation?
Yes. We design and deliver AI agents, Power Platform automation, integrations and connected business solutions around the systems and information our clients use.
The scope depends on the process, systems and level of integration involved.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Co-managed IT is designed for organisations that have internal capability but need additional depth, capacity, escalation or specialist expertise.
Can you take over from our existing MSP?
Yes. We use a staged transition covering access, documentation, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networks, backup, security, vendors, known issues and responsibilities.
The environment moves progressively rather than through a disruptive cutover.
Can you support offices and sites outside Sydney?
Yes. Many organisations have sites across regional NSW, interstate and nationally. We support distributed and multi-site environments through remote management, consistent technical standards, engineering escalation and planned onsite work where required.
What size organisations do you support?
We support organisations from approximately 10 users through to co-managed and multi-site environments approaching 1,000 users.
The right fit is usually determined by the complexity and importance of the technology environment rather than headcount alone.
